My Favorite Smoothie Recipe

1 c frozen blueberries
1 c frozen spinach
1/2 c non fat Greek yogurt
1/2 c almond milk
1 banana
1 tbsp cinnamon (great for weight loss)
(Add a scoop of protein powder if you like)
Filling. Great snack!
