The Integrated Approach Of The H3 Fitness Program Includes:

    • In-Home Personalized 1:1 Fitness Sessions - A detailed fitness program tailored to your health goals and lifestyle.

    • Nutrition Guidance - Learn healthy eating patterns that fit your lifestyle and fuel your progress.

    • 1:1 Coaching Sessions - Virtual bi-weekly sessions to assess your progress, overcome hurdles or setbacks, and provide accountability, to keep you on track and focused, to meet your fitness and lifestyle goals.

    • Habit Formation & Tracking - Simple sustainable strategies to transform your mindset and instill new behaviors that support your fitness and lifestyle goals. When motivation wanes, habits take over.

All H3 packages include In-home personal 1:1 fitness sessions, 1:1 Coaching sessions, and access to the H3 Private Member Lounge.

2x/week = (8) 1:1 fitness session (60 min) + (2) bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (60 min) = (10) 1:1 sessions/month

EVOLVE

H3 EVOLVE PACKAGE

3x/week = (12) 1:1 fitness session (60 min) + (2) bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (60 min) = (14) 1:1 sessions/month

A LA CARTE

Individual services offered to those who purchase an H3 Package.

Each service is approximately 60 minutes.

  • Get expert guidance on how to stock & arrange your pantry or fridge based on your health goals. Learn practical tips on organizing your space to facilitate healthier food choices.

  • Learn simple strategies to quickly & easily prep meals & snacks, which align with your health goals & lifestyle.

  • Learn how to make your grocery shopping less hectic & more efficient. Employ strategies to minimize food waste, avoid forgetting essential ingredients, & save money by purchasing only what you need.

  • Receive guidance navigating the grocery store. Learn to interpret food labels & how to select fresh & healthy ingredients to make your meals tasty & satisfying while avoiding processed foods.

  • Learn effective strategies & habits for improved sleep quality. Including how to optimize your sleep environment & establish a consistent AM/PM routine that supports your overall well-being.

  • Hitting a ‘plateau’ in your health journey where progress has stalled, is common but can be frustrating. Our Maintenance Tune-up addresses any setbacks you may be facing, helping you overcome obstacles and continue progress towards your health goals.
