Service Agreement

User Responsibilities

By engaging with H3 Fitness, clients agree to participate fully in their fitness programs and follow the prescribed guidance. Clients must disclose any medical conditions or concerns and adhere to appointments and recommended schedules. This commitment is essential for achieving optimal results and ensuring safety during training. H3 Fitness reserves the right to modify programs based on individual progress and needs, with prior notice to the client. Sessions are tailored to provide a supportive environment where each woman can flourish in her health and wellness journey.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If a session is missed without proper notice, it will be charged as a completed session. This policy ensures that H3 Fitness can effectively manage scheduling and provide clients with the best possible service. In rare cases of emergencies, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the trainer. Regular attendance is encouraged for sustained benefits, and clients are urged to prioritize their sessions for the best results.

Liability Waiver Agreement

Clients must acknowledge that engagement in fitness activities carries certain risks. H3 Fitness will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during sessions. All clients must sign a waiver, releasing H3 Fitness and its trainer from any claims related to personal injury or property damage. By participating in training, clients accept full responsibility for their physical condition and the management of health-related challenges throughout their wellness journey.
