I boil a dozen eggs. It’s Simple. It’s Quick. It sets me up for GOOD FOOD CHOICES for the coming week.
One of my favorite sources of protein is eggs. Especially hardboiled eggs. 1 egg = 6 grams of protein.
This sweet little white package of goodness can be eaten in so many ways:
• It’s a grab and go snack.
• It’s a quick breakfast with a piece of whole grain toast.
• Make it into avocado toast- add avocado & sliced tomato.
• Make it into egg salad for a tasty lunch.
• Slice it on top of a bed of greens as part of a salad.
