10 Ways a MORNING ROUTINE can improve your life

A morning routine is a string of habits. Things we do every morning… usually without thinking. Habits are automatic behaviors that we have become so accustomed to doing that they are second nature.


There are many ways a MORNING ROUTINE can transform your life… IF you choose behaviors (habits) that are serving you. Such as, stretching for 10 minutes, drinking 8 oz of water upon waking, going for a 10-minute walk, etc…

 

Here are a few benefits to adopting a morning routine:

1)     Your day will have more structure, allowing you to attend to tasks more efficiently.

2)     You will have more energy.

3)     You will be less susceptible to decision fatigue.

4)     You will have more productivity during the day- when your morning starts well, you feel more in control of your day.

5)     You will simply FEEL BETTER.

6)     You will experience LESS STRESS.

7)     You will have a more positive mindset.

8)     You can improve your health.

9)     You will have more focus for important tasks throughout the day.

10)   Your day will feel more purposeful.
