You won't believe how simple this is...
Let me share a LITTLE PEEK into my workout routine -> -> ->
I don’t have a fancy home gym or a lot of fancy gym equipment. I actually workout in the loft area of my home- a space approximately 7 x 9 feet. This is not a huge space, but plenty of room to perform my workout including weight training, stretching, & yoga.
My equipment includes a set of dumbbells (I love the pretty colors ), ankle weights with adjustable weight, an exercise bands set, a thick yoga mat, a foldable bench, & a stability ball. That’s it!
