PAST INJURIES COME BACK TO BITE YOU IN YOUR 50'S

I'm from the days when if you got hurt, your mom would say things like:
'Is there blood?'
'Just put some ice on it'
'Walk it off, you'll be alright'
I've had my fair share of injuries and never really saw a doctor for them. Twisted myself up on the swing set... pretty sure I cracked a rib. Took a softball hit the wrong way... now my pinky's crooked—probably broke it. Did a cherry drop off the monkey bars and landed wrong... pretty sure I sprained both my wrists! Messed up both knees in high school dance. Hurt the right knee AGAIN in college during a jazz dance class. Injured my shoulder trimming trees. Fell hard on the ice... couldn't sit for a week... think I cracked my tailbone… OUCH!
I've learned that all those injuries come back to bite you in your 50's!
But with the right fitness program and consistency, you can get past those injuries… I know because I've done it. I’m now 56 years old & by mixing strength training, stretching, and balance exercises, I've gotten stronger and reduced my daily aches and pains.
With the right fitness routine and guidance on proper form, you can also get past your limitations, aches, and pains. You've probably heard it before... movement is medicine... and I can vouch for that.
If you're dealing with past injuries, it's time to take action! Let's team up and find a fitness routine that helps you improve and feel awesome!
