Have you ever wanted to start a fitness routine but thought to yourself… ‘I am TOO OLD’, ‘I am TOO OUT OF SHAPE’, ‘Maybe I MISSED MY CHANCE to get fit’???


I’m here to tell you… you CAN do this!


I used to do weight training in my 20’s. Now, at 56, does my fitness program look like it did back then? No, it’s different, but so is my body.


When I started getting serious about weight training in my 50’s I couldn’t lift 10 lb dumbbells without a struggle. Now, I can deadlift more weight than I ever expected. GO ME!


I am not training to be a muscular, body builder type… I am training so I can be STRONG, FIT, perform daily tasks with EASE, & live a LONG HEALTHY LIFE.


It feels amazing to lift heavy groceries out of the car, carry a bag of mulch, or carry the vacuum up a flight of stairs all without struggle or pain.
