I don’t know about you… but I think sometimes counting calories & minding micros can become overwhelming & tedious.
There is an easier way to eat. It’s a simple way to control your portion sizes.
No calculator. No calorie tracking. No special tools. Just simple, smart visual cues.
Here’s how to maintain your portion control, no matter where you are… at home or eating out.
Use your HAND as a portion guide.
Protein: 1 palm-sized portion
Carbs: one cupped hand full
Fats: thumb-sized amount
Vegetables: 2 closed fists
Fruits: 1 closed fist
Pay attention to satiety cues. Eat until you are 80% full… not stuffed.
Take fear & difficulty out of eating. Control your portions. Enjoy your meals!
