Here’s a lesson I learned from a dermatologist…


Did you know that when your gut is unhealthy it shows on your face?!


Yep! Your food choices may be affecting your health in more ways than one.


I was suffering from breakouts on my chin & around my mouth. I tried all the cleansers, creams, treatments & nothing worked.


I consulted my dermatologist & you know what he told me?! He said: ‘Your gut is the problem. When your gut is unhappy, so is your skin.’


Wow! I never knew the correlation.


I took a good look at what I was eating. Once I changed a few things in my diet, my skin cleared up. And my gut was much happier too!


Eating a healthy diet & staying fit are important in so many ways. Your skin is just one more reason to look at your fitness & nutrition habits.


So next time your skin is showing troubling signs of a breakout or other unusual conditions, look at your diet. What have you eaten lately? Have you eaten something off your usual diet or indulged in something you shouldn’t have? This may give you a clue as to the cause.
