My name is Stacy Duncan, and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Behavior Change Specialist at H3 Fitness. I assist women aged 50 and above in taking control of their health. I offer personalized, in-home fitness training, nutrition guidance, and mindset and habit coaching to facilitate lasting changes. No need to purchase gym equipment or leave the comfort of your home, I bring the gym and the accountability to your doorstep.
